it is overrated hotel only worth 1000 to 1200 INR
6.0AC have no remote and to change temperature you have to call room service who will come and climb the chair to change it for you. Toilet flush is not working properly, need to upgrade.
Staff and the cheff were so accommodating.
10.0We had dietary restrictions. The cheff was so accommodating, we had fantastic food. We never went out to eat while we were there. Good job hotel Urmi!
Good for a night halt
8.0Stayed for a night in Feb'17. Cost was approx. 13GBP. Room and bathroom was very clean. They managed to provide us mineral water bottles even when we asked at midnight. Bed matress was comfortable but pillows were not (personally speaking). Room didnt have windows for fresh air. Didnt use TV or AC. Toilet flush was shut off so had to turn it on manually. Minor hassle.
