2.0Grand mécontentement suite à la location au Complejo Tajo del Águila. En arrivant, j’ai constaté que la chambre louée n’avait rien à avoir par rapport aux photos postées sur le site. Ce fut notamment une petite chambre, peu lumineuse, placée au-dessous des cuisines du restaurant, ce qui a évidemment provoqué des odeurs fortes et désagréables. La piscine pour petits enfants n’était pas remplie, et donc inutilisable. Il y avait de fortes odeurs au niveau des coussins et matelas. Le WiFi était absent lors de notre séjour. Je me suis plains à l’accueil afin de pouvoir changer de chambre, mais aucune négociation n’était possible. J’ai préféré quitter les lieux avec ma famille 2 jours avant la date de fin de séjours.
