Super place
10.0Great place and wonderful staff
Had a great stay and will stay there again
10.0The location and the staff were very friendly and helpful
− It was very clean and we like the location
Enjoy your Pets.
4.0Probably last stay with Hampton, anywhere. Pets have taken over the site. Barking all day long and at night. Owners walk the pet and do not remove mess on the property. Leave dogs in room during the day and they bark constantly. The real part that iced the reason. Pets are brought to the breakfast area and allowed to eat food taken from the food bar. Placed on the plates and fed same as humans. I stayed thee days and each day became worse than the one before. Done Hampton. 26 years down the tubes. There are better places and I've started using them.

Good Stay
10.0This was our first time in Pigeon Forge, and we didn’t know how big the place was and all of the various activities you can do. The hotel is right next door to a mini-golf and kiddie mountain coaster. Since we were staying during the peak travel season, the hotel was pretty busy but still was manageable getting around. My daughter loves to hit the pools, and this place had quite a setup, as they had both indoor and outdoor pools and both were open. The indoor pool was pretty plain (and cold) so we barely went into it, but the one outside is much better anyway. The water was warm and there was a separate kiddie pool, and both outdoor pools had some other nice touches such as colored lights that changed. They also had a hot tub which was relaxing as it seems many places don’t have it anymore. The room itself had plenty of room, but the walls were not that thick as we could still easily hear some crying children from down the hall. Overall, it was still fine. For breakfast despite the crowds, we were still able to get a table, and they did a good job in keeping the area clean and items in stock. Overall, we were pretty happy with our stay and would come back. The only minor issue I had (and if I could take away a half-star I would), is that since I guess this is a ‘modern’ Hampton, they no longer have the cute various pictures outside the rooms. I’m sure 95% of people reading this will say ‘who cares’, but our family got a kick out of it, and we would guess what room we would get in advance, such as the apple pie room. It also made it easy to remember what room we had. I’m sure it was done as a cost cutting measure but getting rid of things like that remove the touches that make the Hampton Inn unique and gives us one less reason to stay at them.
