10.0Fantastic central location. Very large rooms - there were three of us and there was a large double and a double sofa bed and also room for a smaller sofa bed if we needed it. Two TVs (one did not seem to work but we were not there for the TV!) Clean room, complimentary soap and shower gels etc. Complementary fruit and water in the room and also a fridge. Good buffet breakfast selection of hot and cold, local and western European choices. Impressive marble interiors and comfortable lounge areas. Staff were helpful and let us check in early. Very happy with the experience and would recommend for a central location, literally a few steps from Manger Square and the Church of the Nativity and other sights in a well appointed hotel.

4.0It’s ok at all but doesn’t worth the money I bay 130and it’s a lot to this hotel...even I didn’t get my breakfast ...the clean all at 9:30and I let in5min

8.0My room was upgraded with no extra charge. I liked the room. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. Front desk is nice and friendly. What I did not like is that while I was sitting in the living room a random guest opened my door with their key...Mistakes do happen but what if that happened at night while I was sleeping...So that I did not like. Also I have been traveling a lot packing and unpacking and the least thing I wanted someone to knock on my door at 8 am for breakfast or what ever other reason they have been knocking so early. Will I recommend this hotel to my friends and family? Yes, I will. Nice room and comfortable bed. Oh and location is great near the nativity church, milk grotto church, taxi and restaurants. Will I stay there again? I don’t know, maybe. Thanks.
