− 2 out of 3 side lamps didn’t work. Didn’t like the concept of doing our own dishes and putting them away. Doing this wasn’t a problem but it means the next customer is relying on the hygiene standards of the previous user of the room, not the hygiene standards of the hotel cleaner.

− The main driveway enterance to the hotel, it was slightly complicated to get into as it was on the side of the A10 highway with fast traffic.
