5.0Breakfast was over cooked and our toilet wouldn’t flush the entire stay.
Altogether very satisfactory.
8.0At breakfast the seasoned scrambled eggs were among the best I've tasted. The room was very spacious (equipped for an extended stay, although we booked for just one night) and hotel was close to a strip mall with several restaurants so that we could walk to dinner.
− I might have sought a cheaper place without extended-stay facilities had I noticed this about MainStay in time. I had to ask for ice at the desk as there was no machine nearby.
The only reason I didn’t rate this property worse is because the manager was very nice and ultimately did refund me due

− Room was very dirty. Floors were filthy, bedding area was dirty. Walls were dirty. Entry door….etc.

6.0The front desk agent was pleasant and dealt with our issue very quickly. Walking distance to Applebees Restaurant (maybe half block in distance, but you have to cross the street to get there.
− The door to our hotel room would not lock so the front desk agent quickly moved us to a different room without any issue. The hotel is showing signs of wear.

10.0We came for a funeral. Loved that all three of us could be together. Called & upgraded reservation because two of my siblings stayed also. I was told one price & billed a diff. amt. Be careful because of additional charges.
− Bill was higher than quoted. What they tell you is not what they charged. I paid the amount but they are not truthful. One person remembers our conversation but then they had to talk to Mgr. That's called bait & switch which tells me don't change my reservation for others.
