+ Excellent central location (Istiklal/Galata/Tünel)+ Friendly, helpful staff (Önder, Ismail named several times)+ Clean rooms and regular housekeeping+ Good value for money / price− Breakfast mixed — some call it basic or lacking hot coffee/espresso options− Occasional noise at night from nearby nightlife− Minor room issues reported (e.g., higher shower head not working)

8.0The location of the hotel is perfect, the rooms are big and beds comfortable, but cleanliness needs more attention. The staff member Onder was especially helpful throughout our stay, he helped with all our requests.
− Rooms need to be better cleaned
