Um bom hotel, funcional e satisfatório.
8.0Café da manhã mais do que satisfatório, vista excepcional, principalmente dos andares mais altos. Quarto bastante espaçoso. Tudo com acabamentos muito simples, funcionais, nada luxuosos. É um hotel ok para viagens a trabalho, ideal para quem apenas dorme no hotel e toma café da manhã (e passa o dia todo na rua). Muito cômodo estar no mesmo quarteirão do shopping.
− Chuveiro difícil de controlar a temperatura. Falta um pouco de esmero no acabamento. Não tem tomadas USB para carregar celular. Não há tomadas na cabeceira da cama para carregar o telefone, apenas longe da cama.

− Me encaminharam para um quarto que não acomodava 3 pessoas e demorou quase 1 hora para que eu pudesse descansar com minha família. Disseram que não sabiam a idade do meu filho, apesar de eu ter colocado na minha reserva e, por isso, não colocaram uma cama extra.

− O quarto estava com retorno de mal cheiro da fossa, no dia seguinte solicitamos mudança de quarto e fomos transferidos prontamente.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.
