I want to know what kind of beds they have because it was so comfortable!
9.0The bed was super comfy and liked the warm options for breakfast.
− I didn't find a hair dryer in room.

3.0Maybe the breakfast
− I didnt get the room I paid for. I paid for a suite but ended up with a 2 queen bed instead. Not happy about that.
Decent accommodations.
7.0Very large room with separate seating area. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable.
− Bulbs were burned out in some of the light fixtures. Upholstery and carpets were stained.
Convenient & friendly staff
2.0The staff were very friendly.
− There was a huge gap (you could see in the hall) in the door when closed. I had to throw my shoulder into the door to open it when entering the room. The tile in the bathroom shifted and moved because the grout was gone all around it. The staff hung dirty washcloths up on clean towels. The elevator door would open going down before it had finished moving.
