1.0You took my money and then gave no arrival instructions. I walked into an empty house to nothing but a lock on my door. Had to find another hotel.

1.0− AVOID. The check in process is not safe or secure. An envelope with your full name and room number on the outside is left on an external door. Inside the envelope is a copy of your receipt with your full name, home address, phone number, and email. Also in the envelope is a room key as well as a key and access number for the external door the envelope is hung on. We would never have booked if we had known this.
