8.0You are greeted by a restaurant employee where we left our bags basically next to the kitchen. There is a self check in to verify your info, in front of steps and climb up to first floor where our room was situated. The room is basic hostel minimal look but super clean and comfortable beds. It was a good value for the money as the location was perfectly situated in the old town area.

8.0The area and rooms are great here! It is in the heart of Luzern and in a pretty square of the town. My only complaint is that the “luggage storage” option is just to leave your bags in the restaurant downstairs which we were not comfortable doing. Other than that this hotel is great!
