7.0It was a 15 minute walk from the train station and the rooms were a really good size
− If you have any mobility issues then it isn't the hotel for you. There are no lifts and a lot of stairs. The beds were very uncomfortable...like sleeping on a the floor.
Very pleasant stay for one night with good service at reception desk and close to Termini train station.
9.0Good secure entry and friendly welcome at reception. Very comfortable bed and a good size shower room. Able to open the window for some fresh air. Overall cleanliness of the room and hotel.

10.0Staff were amazing. Provided special access for lift for my mum who has mobility issues. The rooms were spotless. Maids were lovely, we had used plastic cups from the bathroom for some drinks and the maid left us extra the following day next to our drink. Couldn’t be more accommodating. Rooms are exactly as described. Tram outside takes you to the main train station which is walkable as well. Metro line is two blocks away allowing you to get to basically anywhere. Highly recommended.
− If you struggle with stairs, the reception is up one floor, so even if lift access provided you still need to be aware of this.
