1- Food was super tasty and of high standard. 2- Dessert exceeded my expectations. 3- Aqua Park is massive and very entertaining, you will never get enough of it. 4- The sceneries, the golf course, etc. 5- The service inside the restaurant. 6- Rooms, pools, restaurants and bars are super clean. 7- Reception members where helpful and speedy and took close care of my family, as I had elders & kids with me. 8- The rooms are way spacious than other hotel rooms in Hurghada. 9- The hotel is calm and cozy. 10- The restaurant staff were extremely helpful & attentive to all our requests, and the head chef, Mr. Bayoumi, was truly one of a kind. 11- Thanks to Mr. Gharib from the reception team, as he provided help when one of my family members got sick, without even asking. 1- الأكل كان طعمه تحفة وعلى مستوى عالي جداً. 2- ​الحلويات عدت توقعاتي. 3- ​الأكوا بارك ضخمة وممتعة جداً ومش هتشبع لعب وانبساط. 4- ​المناظر الطبيعية، وملعب الجولف، وغيرهم 5- ​الخدمة جوة المطعم ممتازة. 6- ​الغرف، البسينات، المطاعم والبارات نضاف جداً. 7- ​موظفين الريسبشن كانوا خدومين وسراع جداً، واهتموا بعيلتي أوي لأن كان معايا كبار سن وأطفال. 8- ​الغرف أوسع بكثير من غرف الفنادق الثانية في الغردقة. 9- ​الفندق هادي ومريح جداً. 10- طاقم عمل المطعم كان في قمة التعاون والاهتمام بكل طلباتنا، ورئيس الطهاة الشيف بسيوني كان بجد شخص مميز وفريد من نوعه. 11- بشكر الأستاذ غريب من الرسيبشن، لما حصل مشكلة و كان في حد سخن من العائلة حاول يساعد من نفسه ومن غير ما اطلب

− 1- Local alcohol and cocktails fell below expectations. 2- Fitness centre was not included in my reservation and costed me extra charge (Unlike all hotels I've ever visited). 3- The pool is small to do any activity, not bad but small. 4- Animation team members are cheerful and fun, but I think it could get better. 5- Please allocate extra golf carts and commited staff to help with elders reaching the beach, as we faced issues during check in rush hours due to overlapping with visiting the beach time (I understand there is a shuttle but some elders can't use the shuttle or even walk from the room to the shuttle) 1- المشروبات والكوكتيلات الكحلية كانت أقل من التوقعات. 2- ​الجيم (المركز الرياضي) ما كانش شامل في الحجز ودفعوني عليه مصاريف إضافية (على عكس كل الفنادق اللي زرتها قبل كده). 3- ​البسين صغير على أي أنشطة، هو مش وحش، بس صغير. 4- فريق الانيميشن دمهم خفيف وممتعين، بس أعتقد البرنامج ممكن يكون أفضل من كده. 5- ياريت توفروا عربيات جولف إضافية وموظفين متفرغين لمساعدة كبار السن للوصول للشاطئ، لأننا واجهنا مشكلة وقت زحمة التسكين (check in) بسبب تداخل الوقت مع نزول البحر. (أنا فاهم إن فيه شاتل باص، بس بعض كبار السن مبيقدروش يركبوه أو حتى يمشوا من الأوضة للـشاتل)

I would like to thank each and everyone in this place You always maI would like to sincerely thank everyone at this wonderful hotel for your kindness, warm hospitality, and constant support throughout our stay. My family and I truly enjoyed every moment. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the food was absolutely amazing. A very special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, who was always there to help me with everything I needed. Your kindness and dedication are truly appreciated. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the Hotel Manager, Mr. Refaat, for his professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you all for making our vacation so memorable. We look forward to coming back again!
