9.0Wir haben eine Nacht länger gebucht, da es sehr schön und erholsam ist. Das Essen war herrlich und eine sehr große Auswahl. Strand, Pool, Zimmer, ect. entspricht genau den Fotos. Bei unserer Abreise 11uhr, wurde versehentlich ein Koffer von uns nach Phuket geschickt. Wir fuhren mit dem Speedboot nach Phi Phi und um 17uhr ist auch der Koffer angekommen. Das Hotel Santhiya hat alles in Bewegung gesetzt auch nach diesem Missgeschick, vollen Service anzubieten. Echt erwähnenswert.
− Zum meckern gibt es immer was, so ist der Mensch. Doch hier musst du echt suchen, alles war perfekt.

8.0Check In funktioniert sehr organisierter. Zimmer sind sehr groß und sehr schön, wie auf den Fotos. Das Frühstück ist sehr sehr vielseitig und abwechslungsreich, alle ist da!!! Abendessen im Strand Restaurant war auch sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind ausserdem sehr freundlich und bieten immer ihre Hilfe an. Sehr schöner Strand, mit tollen Sonnenuntergänge.
− Die Preise sind teilweise mehr als das doppelte so hoch, als draußen im Resteraunt. Aber es ist nicht zu vergessen das man im einen Hotel ist. Dort und da bisschen mehr Farbe, dann glänzt es wieder mehr

10.0My second visit the welcome was so warm, by bed was made with a welcome home note with leaves and flowers with a note left by the GM. Boom and Pong has always been so genuine at the service and they recognised me again, they are an asset to the hotel. The food is amazing, everyone has always a smile on the face welcoming you open heartedly. At the checkout we were escorted by a Filipino guy, he too was so genuine and took us smoothly across your checkout. Thank you Santhiya, surely visiting you’ll next year 🤞
− The lady at the Ao Po Grand pier was a bit arrogant and not welcoming at all, was totally on her phone felt a bit discriminated there as a Chinese and Arabic family was well well welcomed and entertained.
