9.0Os quartos sao excelentes e amplos. Três elevadores disponíveis, gerando muita agilidade. Cafe da manhã com muita variedade, porém, com ressalvas. Piscina e academia ok.
− No cafe da manhã nao há máquinas de café. Há vários bules disponíveis com café pronto. Dessa forma, o café esfria ao ficar parado. Mais de uma vez me servi de café frio. Pedi café quente ao garçom e ele insistiu que estava quente. O horário da piscina é muito restrito, apenas das 12h às 20h. O box do banheiro é praticamente no nível do piso, isso fez com que vazasse água para o resto do banheiro, visto que o ralo não deu conta. A saída foi colocar um tapete entre o box e o piso.

− Hotel smo izabrali zbog Wellnes i spa centra ali nažalost tek kada smo došli saznali smo da bazen nedeljom radi samo do sedam, a da je ponedeljkom zatvoren(ili je bio samo taj ponedeljak zatvoren, ne mogu da kažem sa sigurnošću). Takođe, smatram da bazen u hotelu sa pet zvjezdica ne treba da bude nalik javnom bazenu (gosti koji ne znaju da se ponašaju treba da budu upozoreni). Bilo bi lijepo da navedete da se plaća depozit od 50€ po noći, tako da gosti budu unapred upoznati. Za ono što nude cijena je visoka. Mi sigurno nećemo ponovo ovde boraviti ali se nadamo da će naše iskustvo nekome pomoći.

10.0We felt like we've hit the lottery .. beautiful spacious room , full size gym and beautiful spa and wellness with two saunas , steam room , pool and jaccuzi, we will be back for sure !!!! ♥️
