Find Somewhere Else
2.0IHG should be ashamed to have this hotel as part of their system. Several items were either missing or in discrepancy to their standing policy. 1. English is well understood through a phone translator, Otherside, forget it. 2. Room Service is only offered between 5:30 to 9:30 pm and has to be ordered 12 hours in advance. 3. Of the five items they have available on the menu for a main course, two of them are not available. Of the three desserts, nothing is available. 4. Of the 13 English speaking channels on the TV, none of them are available. Unless you speak Chinese, there is nothing, including news, available. 5. Internet service is spotty at best. If you are American or European, find somewhere else to stay that has better rates and access to more than just a bed.
