9.0- polite staff - well kept rooms - very peaceful, calm ambience. Good for a traditional nature getaway - nice home style food, traditional kerala cuisine
− - road leading up to the resort was muddy in the rain and our wheels spun l. We needed help to push it and it wasn't a great start to our holiday - some small things could have been improved like providing a point of contact and the wifi password without us having to ask for it, also some remotes for AC/ TVs were missing or needed batteries to be replaced.

− The property is not very clean and contains several broken components. The electrical system is unreliable; power frequently outages but usually restores quickly, which is disruptive. One particularly severe incident occurred during the night when there was a complete power blackout for approximately 30 minutes. Unfortunately, during this time, my wife was using the toilet, and she became very upset due to the complete darkness.

8.0The property is incredibly beautiful and the staff is so nice. They showed us their cardamom plantations and the visit was very interesting .
