7.0Great location, lovely rooftop pool. Wonderful staff
− Dark corridors (black walls) were Claustrophobic and stuffy. Payment of rooms goes against booking.com own policy (ie pay hotel direct via bank transfer). This alerted me to fraud. In this case legitimate but if the hotel, or your account is hacked then beware!!! My friend lost £8k in a similar scam. The hotel really should ask for payment via booking.com rather than bank transfer.
Schönes Hotel für einen Citytrip
8.0Das Personal war freundlich. Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig eingerichtet und eher großzügig geschnitten. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, was sich als zwei Doppelzimmer am Ende des Ganges mit einer zusätzlichen Außentür herausstellte. Den Kindern hat es gefallen ein eigenes Zimmer für sich zu haben. Wir hatten anfangs Probleme mit der Klimaanlage im "Kinderzimmer" und es roch etwas eigenartig. Wir haben das gemeldet und uns wurde daraufhin ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten, da sie das Problem nicht gleich lösen konnten - das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Danach hat alles gepasst. Der Pool am Dach ist zwar nicht sehr groß und tief (90 cm), die Aussicht ist dafür aber wirklich fantastisch.
− Das Hotel liegt gleich in der Nähe der Rambla und der Hafen ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Leider war es teilweise sehr schmutzig im Bereich vor dem Hotel und man fühlte sich nicht immer völlig sicher. Das Hotel an sich kann man jedoch ohnehin nur mit Hotelkarte bzw. mit Klingeln betreten. Im Hotel selbst war alles in Ordnung.

10.0Clean and comfortable room, excellent staff, great breakfasts, and an infinity pool on the roof. I loved the eco friendly touches, too. The pool and the view were breathtaking. Who could ask for more?
