At least the beds were comfortable.
6.0They have free breakfast, a pool, sauna and a hot tub. I like that they had vending machines (though overpriced). Beds were comfortable and not too high. I am disabled and often beds are too high for me to sit on and get into comfortably, these were the perfect height. Hot tub was hot (like I like it)
− Pool was freezing. I have never walked into a pool room and was cold. We couldn't even go into the pool because the water actually hurt. Beware the bathroom in the pool room - there is one sink, one toilet and a shower, and no mats so I almost fell going in. Almost no food for breakfast. There were no people and we didn't come too early or too late. The only fruit were the 3 oranges that were in the lobby the night before, they were out of milk, only one side of the toaster works, and they had a warmer with 3 sections, but no food, not even dirty like there was food and other guests ate it all. Our room smelled like wet dog and we found garbage in the room on the floor. The bathroom is SMALL, the door wouldn't even close and the shower leaked.
Except for internet glitch that caused booking problem, everything else was great.

− We had major problem with internet. Booked with Expedia so couldn't access our confirmation number and person who checked us in couldn't find any record of us. Now I'm trying to work with Expedia to get a refund on what I had previously booked. We ended up spending a lot more on room due to this glitch.
