Perfect ski location, hotel and spa facilities
10.0Location of Valaisia is right near the Gondola and just a quick trip down the escalators into town. Breakfast and dinner was to a high standard. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious with comfy beds. The pool, spa, sauna, cold pool and steam room were a highlight after a days skiing. Followed by a drink in the lovely barbecue dinner. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a great stay In Crans Montana. Do recommend the bus from the Funicular into town and then up the escalators. Rather than walking although it is doable in the right conditions.

3.0The welcome at the reception was quite bad, the ski room remains always opened and the hotel says they don't take care of the skis of the guests, which is alarming given how expensive the material is, the breakfast was empty when we arrived, very little variety
