10.0This is the 4th time I've stayed at this hotel and I will certainly be back again! It's very clean, the building is beautiful, and it's well-placed right in the heart of the old part of Santiago next to the cathedral entrance. Everything is comfortable and the rooms are well-equipped with everything. Very nice staff that goes out of their way to help.
