6.0We couldn’t reach the hotel front desk when we needed some first aid- ice when I was burned by hot coffee from in in room coffee maker. Also, the toilet was clogged & they didn’t have anyone available to fix it

4.0The staff was very unorganized. Housekeeping came 2 days early to ask if we were checking out. Front desk told us that the Bison tour was closed for the season. After leaving early, the front desk called us if we were going to check out.
