4.0− This is my first negative review. Throughout our stay, we repeatedly experienced staff being rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. There were a few employees who stood out in a positive way. Daniel from the kitchen and Victor at reception were both friendly, welcoming, and professional. There was also one from the bar that was kind. It's a shame because our large family came here excited to spend quality time together, but the repeated negative interactions with the staff became one of the main things we remember from our stay. We never felt truly comfortable or welcome. I understand that every hotel has busy moments and that mistakes can happen. However, there is no excuse for making guests feel like they are a burden. A friendly attitude and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing during much of our stay.
