− We felt staff could have been more accommodating overall. Breakfast staff forgot several orders at breakfast on 2 separate days.

8.0Отель расположен совсем недалеко от музея естественной истории, недалеко от Гайд парка, в тихом районе. Местоположение не идеальное, но очень хорошее. Красивый оформлен 1 этаж, в котором несколько гостиных, где можно выпить коктейль или чай, почитать. Персонал очень радушный и отзывчивый, особенно русскоговорящая девушка на ресепшен Номер большой, завтраки вкусные. Несмотря на размер отеля в нем нашли место для крошечного спортзала, но его неплохо бы немного обновить.
− 1. Принесли убитую гладильную доску, от которой отваливался чехол. Просто лежал сверху. Для пятизвездочного отеля это было очень странно, но как-будто никого не смущало. 2. Подтекал кран, пока не поправили. Сделали на 2 День, но хотелось бы, чтобы такие вещи отель тоже проверял сам. 3. Периодически шум проходящего метро. Как трамвай рядом. Регулярно, в т.ч. около полуночи, иногда по несколько поездов подряд. Шум не очень страшный, но он есть и заметен. Для кого-то можешь показать проблемой 4. Очень странная история с входной дверью. Открывает по звонку приходящий консьерж, т.к. ресепшен не у входа. При этом иногда это может занимать пол-минуты пока он дойдет. Стоишь и ждешь. Не то чтобы это большая проблема, но как-то странно. 5. Включенный завтрак вкусный, приносят по меню всё что хочешь. Но ожидание завтрака очень долгое. Обычно от заказа до тарелки на столе проходило не менее 20 минут.
