A place without service
2.0I was on vacation for my birthday and staying at the hotel simply ruined my vacation. In the condition of minus 15 degrees outside there was no hot water for the shower. None of the staff speak English.

6.0The Personnel did not speak English well. When we went to check in they claimed they did not have our reservation. It took us over an hour to find the hotel because the name has been changed.
