− No view, despite a great location and top floor. The terrace was extremely hot, almost impossible to enjoy.

10.0we loved everything ! it was like staying in an art museum ! everything was a 10/10. the staff were the best staff we had ever encountered. they went out of their way to make our time memorable and make things convenient for us. by the end of our stay they felt like our friends. they were so warm and so kind, and helped us way more than was expected of them. the breakfast was incredible and we enjoyed it very much. lisa, rina, max, damon felt like our friends ! william and eric were very cordial and polite as well as the breakfast staff! we can’t wait to be back here

10.0It is a museum! Full of pieces of art of great quality and value. Breakfast is delicious. Location is great!. Staff is professional, helpful and warm. I always stay in Beijing in this hotel!
