Location was good but overall the hotel is need of new management…..

− Lack of spot washing the walls and dusting. Bathroom needs repair.
Extremely expensive for the quality of hotel room. The room may be OK at $90/night, not $414

− Carpet in room was not clean. Room did have a smell. Hotel is old and musty. Quality of room and bathroom is very deficient. Extremely expensive for what it is.

Stained beds
4.0We booked a room for 4 adults, we needed 3 beds. When we got there they didn't seem to realize that we had booked for 3 beds. The hide-a-bed mattress had huge stains all over it, it was worn out and sagging, you could feel every spring and wire through it. When I went down to the desk to ask about bedding for the hide-a-bed, and told the lady there were stains, she acted shocked, but did nothing else but hand me a bag of bedding for the the hid-a-bed. My daughter ended up sleeping on an air mattress that we bought. The bed skirt on my bed had stains on it, there were cereal o's under the hide-a-bed. I have called Holiday Inn and been told they would call me back, 1 week later had to call them because they never called. Was told they were suppose to have called me back within 48 hours. Was then told the manager of the Hotel was suppose to call me, still waiting for that phone call 24 hours and counting.
