The hotel was well-located, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff—especially Dean and Madix from the concierge team, whom we frequently relied on for online orders—were highly professional, respectful, and helpful. − Das Gegenteil vom positiven Kommentar, ist leider bei der Reception der Fall. Sehr Steif und zurückhaltend, keine Nachfrage oder Herzlichkeit, das ist Schade. Das Hotel selbst entspricht vollkommen den Vorstellungen.
