10.0The kids really likes the pools, especially the outdoor pool. Hotel has direct access to mall which makes it very convenient
− First night got a room with smoke smell; but next day we got a change of room without smell.

The hotel was well-located, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff—especially Dean and Madix from the concierge team, whom we frequently relied on for online orders—were highly professional, respectful, and helpful. I recommend it 100%!

− Das Gegenteil vom positiven Kommentar, ist leider bei der Reception der Fall. Sehr Steif und zurückhaltend, keine Nachfrage oder Herzlichkeit, das ist Schade. Das Hotel selbst entspricht vollkommen den Vorstellungen.
