8.0We loved how helpfull and attentive staff was, the lobby food is above average for the hotel. Rooms are ok but some floors are smoking floors and sometimes even in non smoking rooms certain people decide to smoke (it's insanely important part of the culture). Unfortunately, the room had one of the worst matresses we experienced in 5 star hotels across 80 countries. And heads up for the possible noise, from Siddharta lounge, it can happen as it's inside of the hotel. On the other hand their restaurant on the 12th floor is absolutely worth to visit.

8.0Great location and safe area to stay & explore although everyone drives everywhere. Would have scored hotel and staff as excellent but facilities just needed a little tlc here and there, and a couple members of staff could have been slightly more helpful. However overall would recommend.

6.0overall good, management with an attitude in simple words. I was disappointed by the failed customer services. although it wasn't totally bad but the amount of time wasted wasn't called for.
