10.0Good hotel. Very clean. Breakfast and dinner buffet excellent - wide selection of items. Staff are brilliant - efficient, friendly doing everything they can to make sure you have a good stay. 1 min walk to slope - ski room and lockers in basement so you can get changed and walk straight to the lifts.

Needs a freshening up & Referb
6.0The rooms really need a update. As we arrived I could smell sweat in our room! The fact that there is NO hooks to hang any of your skiwear could be the problem. Every ski resort I’ve been to over the last 15 years all have hooks to hang your ski gear! Maybe something to consider? The bed was so uncomfortable and the bedding plus towels are so old and thin. In the bathroom there’s a door stopper directly where your feet go as your sat on the toilet which is daft thinking as it could Be better positioned. We’ve stayed here a few times as the location is perfect but all in all the whole hotel needs a refurb. The spa was the main attraction for us but now they charge pp €9 a day which we weren’t aware of.
The massage is a hidden gem that I heartily suggest!
10.0Although I didn't stay at this hotel, I did make advantage of the spa and massage center because I was staying at a place just in front. The hotel had a fantastic deal that literally rescued my ski week: a weekly bundle of four massages (25 minutes each day). Don't expect a spa with a red velvet feeling. It's a straightforward, tidy, pleasant spot. The therapist is really skilled, professional, and patient. During each session, he took the time to learn about my back issue, which was the most uncomfortable part of my body, and he really helped to ease it so I could enjoy my vacation stress-free. He was really helpful in relieving tension and back discomfort and he helped a lot recovering from a leg injury. Four of us (kids, teenagers and adults) in my party went for massages because he was so skilled. This is my biggest recommendation in Pas: book these massages! They are great!

8.0Lovely hotel, great location and excellent reception staff and housekeeping. Spa could do with a little upgrading to be competitive.
