− Bit molds in the wall shower. We ask to clean our bedroom the next day but never change our towels even we put them on the floor. Wood flooring needs to be done.

The staff were brilliant. Hotel only a short walk to Ayala Shopping Centre, organised a tour through the hotel which was

− We ordered a meal at the Rooftop Restaurant, we ordered a starter & main meal & it was all served together. The rice for the main was cold & the rest of the food warm, I prefer my food to be served HOT. I advised the reception of this, disappointed we weren’t offered some form of compensation.
