10.0Last minute booking, staff was very helpful and friendly. Air-conditioning wasn't working in the first room so we switched rooms and he was readily available to help and assist. Lovely area in Lyon, cute restaurants and shops nearby. Shower was lovely..
− Some general wear and tear in the room that some people might not like, but nothing that bothered us.

Everything that we wanted from a city hotel
8.0The best thing about this hotel was the air con in the bedroom during the heatwave! It's a no fuss no frills place, excellent location, pleasant room. It's run by only a few staff who are very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was basic but absolutely everything that we wanted.
