10.0We met Lilijazz who was very friendly, kind, helpful and make us feel like at home. Could you please convey our BIG THANKS to her? she made us feel very at home, like we were familiar with each other she is perfect, so sweet, so pretty. she sent us extra blankets for the cold and directed us where to get medicibe as i am sick at the moment and she was very helpful! she checked in on us and kept us updated about any booking availabilities. all thanks to her we were very accomodated for, my english is not very good but we were having amazing conversation and got along so well!

10.0It was incredible. From the moment we checked in till checkout we had the most beautiful stay. We got upgraded to a stunning room with a spa bath overlooking the harbour. We were always greeted nicely and reception helped with any inquiry. Would recommend the harvest buffet breakfast too! The best selection

− Rooms weren't cleaned each day, when this was expected. Minor hassle but would expect this to be done given the cost/standard of the hotel
