Good apartment, but host are not.
7.0Apartment was clean, comfortable, good kitchen and it had everything you need.
− Apartment as apartment is 10/10 but Portvil who manages apartment is 0/10. They are ghosting people and if there is any problem you dont have anyone to reach out - they give you phone for emergency but they wont respons on whatsapp.

9.0Номера немного тёмные, но все комфортно. Кровать (точнее банкетка) в гостинной-кухне для взрослого большого человека маловата. Только для детей подойдет

9.0Piscina pulita. Posizione perfetta in zona tranquilla. Appartamento dotato di tutti i servizi, fantastica la terrazza . Lavatrice a disposizione di tutti i clienti

8.0Der Pool war sehr schön. Sauber und nicht überfüllt.
− Die Ausstattung der Küche hätte etwas besser sein können, z.B. scharfe Messer, Auflaufform, heile Bratpfannen. Mehr Geschirrhandtücher.

9.0Alloggio molto pulito, dotato di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno confortevole. Posizione comoda alle fantastiche spiagge di Cala Molins 😍 e Cala Clara, raggiungibili con una passeggiata di 7/8 minuti. Parcheggio gratis nella via o nei dintorni, sempre disponibile. Piscina fantastica, acqua sempre pulita e mai fredda. Lettini e ombrelloni a disposizione. Tavolo da ping pong con palline e racchette di libero utilizzo. Check-in e check-out in autonomia. (Gentilmente ci hanno permesso di entrare anticipatamente in alloggio, già alle 13,30! ). Staff comunque presente in struttura tutti i giorni. Aria condizionata solo in camera da letto e utilizzabile ad orari definiti ma l'alloggio era comunque fresco. Il nostro alloggio al piano terra aveva un terrazzino comodo per mangiare all' aperto e l'uscita diretta per andare in piscina!
− Le tende del soggiorno in cui dormivano i ragazzi non erano oscuranti e alle 6,30 il sole illuminava a giorno la stanza (si sono abituati a dormire con la luce 😅). Il frigorifero un po' datato era molto rumoroso.

10.0The property is well looked after, the host is solving any issues quickly. Amazing view from the window and the pool. The pool is clean and common area are clean and nice. Very nice property.
