Decent clean hotel with wonderful location
8.0Excellent location, very close to the JR train station and Shinjuku shopping and food areas. Room is quiet and bed is comfy.
− Room is bit small. Gym service is not free. On some floors there is no microwave even the sign says it does. There is no alert system when laundry machine is done. Sometimes have to wait a long time for other guest to empty their clothes. Breakfast was fresh and good taste but it could use a bit more variety.
Perfect location, in terms of shopping and accessibility to transport
9.0The location is fantastic being just 5min walk from the bus station (where you have an airport bus from/to Haneda) and Shinjuku station (where there are many connections.) there is so much shopping to do around the area that I didn’t need to travel elsewhere to get my shopping done. The room was very clean and mine came with a bathtub which was a bonus.

− Wie wir das Zimmer zum ersten Mal betreten haben, ist uns aufgefallen, dass es im Badezimmer nach Rauch riecht. Wir haben das Personal darüber informiert und sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen und dort hat dann alles gepasst

10.0Beautiful property in a great location. Everything you could possibly need during your stay is either provided by the hotel or just a few steps away since there’s a Lawsons next door and Shinjuku Station across the street.
