− La estaria fue en tiempo de invierno, se sintio algo de frio unas noches y no funciono el equipo de climatizacion en un dormitorio, solicitamos más ropa de cama y la administracion accedio. De las nueve personas alojadas hubo dos camas con colchon muy duro la administracion accedio solo a un cambio.
