7.0A good hotel. Quiet and clean.
− We arrived late, and the receptionist took a very long time trying to locate our reservation. She remained calm and simply stated, "There is no reservation for you," even though we showed her that everything was confirmed and paid for in the app. She kept insisting there was no booking. We were exhausted from the flight, yet we had to stand there and prove that we actually had a reservation. The room is large and very clean, but it lacks coziness. They tried to create beautiful, high-end-looking furniture, but the result is impractical. The bedside tables are too far from the bed. If you turn the tap on full blast, it’s fine, but if you turn it on gently, the water runs onto the countertop and floods everything.

8.0It was easy to go to the hotel from airport by using Bus 8411. The pool was small but nice. The bed was comfortable and big. The room was cleaned everyday. The stuffs were so nice.
− The walls were so thin that i could hear everything on the next room so i had to use my earphones during my lay over. Aircondition was so weak or didn't work, i am not sure. There were no soap in the room so i had to use shampoo to clean my hands.

8.0Les chambres sont très spacieuses, le lit très grand et la déco très sympa. L’hôtel n’est pas bruyant et la piscine est top, elle ferme à 22h00. Je pourrais y séjourner à nouveau sans problème.
