9.0A lovely friendly welcome from the moment of my earlier than planned arrival. Super staff, very helpful. Huge, very comfortable room and bed, all spotlessly clean, and overlooking a peaceful garden. Fab breakfast, especially the kippers.
− Soundproofing a little inadequate (could hear early morning kitchen conversations from upstairs).
