Great staff , terrible climate control on the room , we should get a discount for the inconvience
6.0The staff was amazing ! Friendly , very helpful
− The a/c unit did not shut off!!! The room was freezing and it was set at 80 degrees! They moved us but then that room did the same! So the night was so cold my baby girl who is 1yr was so cold she had to sleep with us in the bed so no sleep for the parents

5.0Overall the staff was great. They helped to extend our stay an extra night because of weather.
− We didn’t get maid service the entire time we were there. The garbages were all full and we were out of tissues in one of our rooms. I wasn’t expecting a full clean but some basic care and replenishing would have been nice.
