relaxing base camp for our racing at Cadwell Park ( 30 min drive)

− The water pressure not great , couldn't run say the kitchen tap whilst someone using the shower let alone 2 showers at once - look once known its communication amongst us it was fine (but you did ask for a gripe)

Hidden gem in the Lincolnshire countryside.
10.0This is a gem hidden in the countryside. We (wife, 2 kids) travelled for a friends wedding nearby. The cottage is a renovated and modernised barn, loads of character, spacious, lovely kitchen and clean. Although we never used it, there as also an outside courtyard with a table and chairs. The host made us feel very welcome, with detailed check in instructions, thoughtful snacks on arrival and the cottage left open for us. Highly recommended

One of our favourite ever properties
10.0Little Owl is an absolutely exceptional property that deserves a score of ten out of ten. We couldn't fault a single thing. A peaceful location with lots to do and visit nearby, the accomodation is immaculately clean and comfortable, with more than you need for a brilliant break. We loved the crisps and chocolates on arrival too. Our son really appreciated the coffee table which opened up to reveal toys and books. We couldn't have had a better stay. Thanks Little Owl. If you are bringing your own little owls, we'd recommend Sundown Adventureland nearby.
The perfect place from which to explore Lincolnshire!
10.0Great location for exploring Lincolnshire. Near to Market Rasen for shopping and cafes/restaurants. Plenty of room for parking for two cars, and host able to offer space in secure garage for our bikes. Very comfortable for four adults.
