10.0Kleines praktisch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einer gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage (bei 36 Grad eine Wohltat!). Netter Kontakt im Vorfeld. Besonders hervorzuheben: das überaus liebevolle zubereitete Frühstück von einer sehr herzlichen, charmanten Dame - Dankeschön dafür!!!
Excellent comfortable space in a perfect location
10.0The property was really spacious, in an excellent location 20m from the Vittorio Emanuele which is one stop from Termini. The air conditioning was a great relief from the summer heat, and is close by to all the main attractions in terms of walking distance. There are loads of fantastic restaurants very closeby. The breakfast was really lovely and the staff were really helpful and responsive

9.0V pešej blízkosti stanice Termini alebo 1 zastávka metrom, ktorá vzdialená od ubytovania asi 30 metrov. Na konci ulice je katedrála Santa Maria DiMaggoire, na druhom konci parčík s letným kinom. Viacero obchodov a reštaurácií, ale po 22,00 večer už večeru nedostanete. Hneď pri vstupe do budovy je vchod do autentickej rímskej trattorie. V ubytovaní máte celodenne j dispozícii kuchynku. Na izbe toaletné potreby, uteráky, a papuče. Raňajky také talianske sladké+ čerstvá praženica a toast. Ovocie. Personál mimoriadne ochotný a nápomocný.
− Samotné okolie Termini ako aj spomínaný park je plný imigrantov a ľudí bez domova. Je aj dosť rušno. V ubytovaní dlážka sa nám zdala byť špinavá ale skôr bola iba opotrebovaná, je to predsa historická budova.
