9.0Extremely clean and we'll set up The heating system was fantastic and back up oil heaters in the bedrooms if needed which was great
− Small issues Not enough firewood Our stay was 4 nights. I did ask for more firewood pre our arrival and was happy to pay The power went out on the first night and the torch battery was very low. Not an issue for us but could have been for elderly or a young family Personally I don't like the payment system I spoke with Luke who politely clarified why it's used but I haven't encountered it previously nor when I booked in Sydney. I loved the house but finding the extra money in the future could put me off even though it was returned to my account

− Booking management team communications to customers need to be updated regarding when the refundable bond is required to be paid as i was asked for it twice.

This small cottage is a lovely place to stay when visiting the Blue Mountains.
9.0Location was just outside Blackheath. East driving distance to many trail heads and shops. Laundry was well equipped even with with washing powder. Many games and books provided.
− We had to park the car on the footpath/nature strip.

9.0We were very impressed with the level of comfort, and the services provided within the cottage. It would be hard to find any serious complaints.
− The inside of the rubbish bins were filthy & smelly. Not much of a complaint I agree.
