2.0The room was dirty and smelled like smoke and cat pee. We tried telling the manager that we couldn’t stay due to asthma but he refused to give us a refund. We tried giving the key back before we left but there was never anyone in the office to meet face to face.

4.0When we got to the property there was no one there to check us in. We had reservations. We had to call, then wait 15 minutes for someone to show up. The room was very hot. They could have turned on the air conditioning since they knew we were coming. It was 93°outside. Room was o.k., but there were no ice or snack machines. Landscaping was not done anywhere on the property. Not impressed by a long shot. Next time, we will stay somewhere else.
