Very disappointed
1.0very very disappointed, I ordered 2 rooms charged me rm206 each room，but the facilities are low grade level, smelly environment, need to share bathroom, smelly bed matters, men washroom heater are not working, room door are unable to proper lock. In these cases your company suppose to charge us rm 100 ringgit per night. Very sorry to say that I won't ever to recommend to rest of my friends or everyone else to stay in your hotel, just too bad!
