Good location, easy to access

− The oven was so dirty that when I switched it on the entire living area filled with smoke and set the fire alarm off, like all the other apartments I’ve stayed in, in this block, the bathroom is in desperate need of renovation

− Shower head needs renewing , garage out the back is very noisy.

− No lift 2nd floor

Nice property - well furnished. Clean house and comfy beds!

− Shower didn’t have a holder to put the shower head on so you had to hold it above your head

Parking was available

− Apartment was changed the night before arrival to Eilliot No 9 - as excursions were booked had no choice but to go ahead - was assured apartment was identical. Extremely run down, not extra large bed as was stated on apartment booked. Staff admitted apartment needed a refurb but as a favour they sent their best cleaner !!! She clearly tried her best but she was not a magician! walls badly marked , old briwn carpet, dirty rug, flooring lifting throughout and toilet absolutely vile. Await details of a partial refund that has been promised, I wont hold my breathe!
