8.0Lovely garden and courtyard, nice and quiet, lovely host, lovely lived homely characterful vibe. Would be very happy to recommend and return.
− Because it was under the main house, there wasn’t much sun inside but it was still a lovely place to be. I would’ve happily stayed longer.

10.0Annie our host was very attentive to all our needs and was very friendly and accommodating. Provided us with everything we needed for our stay. Location was near the car ferry and only a short drive to Russell.

Peaceful, well-placed, stunning garden.
10.0Beautiful garden, secluded and peaceful with shelter if needed. Just the sound of the tui and other birds. Bed was big and comfortable. It’s a studio flat effectively but well laid out with character and had everything we needed. Annie was a great host and friendly. 5 miles from Russell and very handy for the Opua ferry. Easy to find and easy parking. I would highly recommend as a base to explore the area as it’s an oasis to return to after a busy day!
