A character-filled hotel in a great location with exceptional service.
9.0The staff here are super friendly and the service is incredibly attentive. A special thank you to Zen, Mew, Bas and the whole team, who really went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They responded so quickly to every request. When I found the bed a little firm, they added a mattress topper which completely transformed it - it was like sleeping on a cloud! They also worked with me to find a way to quieten the air conditioning, which I really appreciated. It was how willing they were to help, that made such a difference. Breakfast was delicious and there was always a little extra treat alongside it, such as ginger and dumpling soup or tasty tofu snacks. And the hotel itself is full of character. The decor thoughtfully reflects the history of old Siam, including the beautiful gold-leaf artwork throughout. This is a sweet boutique hotel, with a warm and attentive group of the people running it.

− Grabs could sometimes get a bit confused about where the hotel was, but always fairly easily resolved and the staff were also happy to chat to them if any issues.
