8.0Este hotel tiene una ubicación espectacular muy cercana al río Filobobos. Las vistas hacia la naturaleza exuberante de la zona son simplemente impresionantes. La proximidad al río Filobobos es perfecta para quienes buscan aventura y ecoturismo. Pudimos organizar fácilmente actividades de rafting directamente desde el hotel. El hotel necesita una actualización en cuanto a mantenimiento. Algunas instalaciones muestran signos de desgaste y podrían beneficiarse de reparaciones menores y una renovación general. Sin embargo, esto no opaca la belleza del entorno natural. Si buscas desconectarte en un entorno natural privilegiado y no te importan algunos detalles de mantenimiento, este lugar es una joya. La experiencia de estar tan cerca del río Filobobos compensa con creces cualquier inconveniente menor. Perfecto para amantes de la naturaleza y aventureros que priorizan la ubicación sobre las comodidades de lujo.

2.0Llegando, nos entregaron las habitaciones, al intentar acostarnos nos dimos cuenta que había animalitos en las camas, hormigas y una mini cucaracha. Tuvimos que cancelar las habitaciones y que nos revolcaran el dinero y tu uno que manejar de regreso a otro municipio, muy mala experiencia.

10.0El Rancho está en mitad del bosque, se siente paz en todo el lugar y dan ganas de dar caminatas por todo el rancho. Si bien, se ve que el hotel ya tiene sus años, las habitaciones están bien y cuentan con todos los servicios, pero creo que lo mejor es la atención del personal del hotel y el restaurante, son super amables y siempre atentos a los huéspedes

6.0Está muy bien ubicada pero le falta mantenimiento, la atención del personal muy bien, restaurante, administración. Nos encantó que nos ayudaron a conseguir tour por el río y el servicio fue de 10 de 10. Si regresaría sin pensarlo.
