− Only 1 towel each for 4 nights= stingy Empty soap and conditioner bottles No tissues =stingy 4 coffee pods for 2 people for 4 nights =stingy No milk =stingy No welcome gifts =stingy Freezer full of ice Dust bunnies under the bed A car was parked in the driveway so access was difficult between the car and garden The surface was very slippery between the car and the garden
Location was the only positive, close to beach and town. Probably won't return to this property..

− Room smelled strongly of mould Frozen food in the freezer that the cleaners hadn't cleaned No hot water on the first night and morning because it works on solar and we had rain, we had to get someone to turn on the hot water. Neighbours were noisy No laundry services (washing machine or dryer) Driveway slippery when wet $300 Deposit taken for a 4 day stay seemed a little steep Can't check in till 3pm and it's a 9.30am check out Street parking only and that is limited

Accommodation great. But the property managers stingy.
7.0The studio is great - perfect for a couple - all cooking facilities you need. Nice and modern. You can hear the ocean from the back step.
− The property's check-in is late - at 3pm and check-out is early - at 9.30am. Plus they take a $500 holding deposit which seems excessive.

7.0− A warm blanket, very cold at night, I searched high and low for some extra warmth. Certainly an issue with the hot water.
